A 52 Year Old Man of Lusaka’s Kalikiliki Compound says, it breaks him that every Month he has to Change his differently abled teenage daughter’s Mentrual pads Which he makes from his Shirts.

Makina Magemba says, this situation comes in after his Wife abandoned him and their two differently abled Children alleging that she would not continue taking care of them because of their Condition.
