A MAN of Luanshya on the Copperbelt has gone on the run after punching his one-month child to de@th during fight with his wife.
According to reports, Gift Kaunda of Kawama area and his wife Astridah Mwape picked a quarrel that degenerated to physical fight on the evening of last Wednesday.
As Kunda unleashed jabs and uppercuts on his wife, he accidentally landed one hard blow on the child which was on the back of the mother and caused bl*od to start oozing from it’s mouth.
Depsite the injury to the child, it was only taken to Kawama Clinic on Friday morning where it was referred to Roan General Hospital but di*d on the way.
