MAN BEATS WIFE OF 11 YEARS TO DEATH FOR SLEEPING ON SOFA INSTEAD OF MARITAL BED

Residents of Mwembe Tayari, Sargoi area, in Mombasa were thrown into mourning yesterday morning after a man allegedly stabbed his wife to death before he surrendered to the police.

Samson Koome is reported to have stabbed his wife of 11 years, Caroline Kajeri, after they argued over her tendency to sleep on the couch instead of their marital bed

The man is reported to have first attacked the woman, after she slept on the sofa before dragging her into their bed where he is alleged to have continued with the heinous attack.

Police reports show Koome had stabbed his wife several times after he allegedly picked an argument in the presence of their two children, who alerted the area village elder.

Emmanuel kofi – If it reaches a point where you can’t share bed with your husband/wife it’s high time you leave that marriage. Prolonging the stay is courting trouble

James muriithi – Police are very funny ,someone kills the wife then they say to be given time for investigation on what transpired

Flo mwaura – Its sad how there are so many cases of people ending others’ lives. Am sure this wasnt the first fight. Why do people tolerate violence? The first slap should always serve as awake up call.

leslie- Some marriages are just chaotic..how does a married woman even think of sleeping on the couch leaving her husband to sleep in the bedroom unattended
