LOAD SHEDDING TO HIT PARTS OF LUSAKA FROM 07-19HRS

ZESCO Limited has announced that it will shut down electricity supply to parts of Lusaka which will necessitate interruption of power supply.

According to a notice by ZESCO Limited, the power supply interruption will affect Barlastone, Kanyama, Chinika, Industrial Area, Matero and surrounding areas.

The Utility firm says it will undertake maintenance works on the 132/33 kv transformer at Lusaka west substation which will necessitate loss of power supply from 07:00 to 19:00, tomorrow Tuesday, 24th May, 2022.

ZESCO has since cautioned customers to treat all supply lines as live, because power may be restored before the scheduled time.
