A 31 year old man of Lusaka’s Lilayi area has reported his employer to Police for allegedly having canal knowledge of him against the Order of Nature.
Police Spokesperson, Rae Hamoonga, says Officers in Chawama received a report on Monday from Bright Kunolu Simasiku, who alleged that Dorras Ricardo, 42, performed acts of sodomy on him.
Hamoonga states that the incident is believed to have occurred on 10th September, 2022 at around 23:00hours in Lilayi, where Simasiku works as a Garden Boy for Ricardo and stays within the vicinity of the yard he operates from.
It is alleged that on the said date, the victim, whilst asleep in his apartment, heard Ricardo getting into his room and ordered him not to shout as he forced him to have canal knowledge with him against the Order of Nature.
Hamoonga says the suspect is detained in Police custody charged with the offence of Unnatural Offences contrary to Section 155 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
