President Hichilema fires ZAF commander Barry

President Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect fired Zambia Air Force commander Lieutenant General Collins Barry.

The termination is pursuant to Article 270 of the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia.

The president has since appointed Major General Oscar Nyoni as Zambia Air force Commander and has since promoted him to the substance tank of Lieutenant General in the Zambia Airforce.
